What kind of help do we do?
Our primararly focus is to help with small quantities of ammunition, tactical medicine, rescue equipment (at the time of your request). The purpose of CF “Grateful” is the unloading of funds, the scale of deliveries, which are mass and not targeted.
How do we prioritize who gets the help?
The first to receive help are those who are on the frontline (for the military). This is confirmed by official documents from the leaders of your military formations, which you attach to the Application for assistance.
How do we respond to applications?
At the contact phone number you left and only if we can satisfy the request. If we do not answer, then there are no necessary positions.
How do we choose what to bring to Ukraine?
We collect feedback from those who have already been helped and pass them on to partners abroad. They form orders in the form of lists in online stores or orders from suppliers. Priority is given to positions that are hard to find in Ukraine or of worse quality.
